You have made me wonder further about the subtle body sensations that accompany intuitive episodes, but my mind tries to explain or rationalise them (the antithesis of intuition). 🤦♂️
There have been key life events that have been accompanied with intuitive/body slam experiences:
1. Meeting you on May 22, 1982
2. FMT discovery
3. Deciding to adopt Maxine
Rather than give me a nudge, these experiences included a scream so loud I couldn’t ignore.
Now to be more attuned to the subtle frequencies… 🎶📡
Beautifully articulated and thrilled by your comment🙏 Will be keen to hear how your fine tuning goes and whether you experience ‘body slams’ in future❤️🥳🐾
Wow. Thanks for always sharing so poignantly from your experiences, Lily!
So much resonance with this.. and deeply validating for some of my experiences that I haven't been able to put scientific words to. The hierarchy of instinct, intellect and intuition is what I've tried to describe to other people when I explain trusting your 'gut' means many different things. Now I can dig deeper into it with this wonderful resource <3
I'm so glad you're listening to your true intuition more... I concur that anytime I've ignored it, it's been a huge regret, so can only imagine how much more empowering and invigorating it is to live this way.
So exciting to read your comment! Thanks a mill for letting me know what’s resonated with you. So so true that having greater attunement to intuition is empowering and invigorating. In the next two blogs I’ll be sharing via personal stories examples of how I’ve experienced this. Wonderful to share this exploration with you my dear friend❤️🧡💜🩵🩷💛
Love what you wrote about intuition as one's inner guru and dancing with subtle energies. Re-connecting with my intuition has opened up so many possibilities and leaps forward. Looking forward to your next post!
Caresses, swooshes, and gut thuds, oh my! Loved this. I look forward to the story's ending, as well as reading your further reflections on cultivating intuition.
